Terms

Terms of use

These terms cover the Elevated Context website and service, provided by Cognispace, LLC. Elevated Context is also governed by the company-wide Cognispace Terms of Service, which is the controlling document. Where this summary and those terms differ, the Cognispace Terms of Service control. A separately executed agreement (such as an order form or Master Services Agreement) takes precedence over both for the parties to it.

Using the service

You must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. Keep your credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and don’t attempt to bypass its access controls or probe other tenants’ data.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you route through Elevated Context. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate and govern the service for you. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content and systems you connect.

What the service does — and doesn’t

Elevated Context governs what AI systems may see and do. It enforces access decisions; it does not replace your own review of outcomes. Capability claims on this site carry an explicit evidence class, and items marked “not yet proven” are not represented as shipped or production-validated.

The briefing form

The contact form sends a short message so we can respond. Don’t submit credentials, access tokens, or confidential records through it.

Intellectual property

“Elevated Context,” “Cognispace,” the Elevated Context mark, and the underlying software and methodology are property of Cognispace, LLC.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here. Questions: legal@elevatedcontext.com. See the full Cognispace Terms of Service for the governing text.
